PELVIC RELEASE
​
In the Pelvic Release sessions, also known as yoni release, the intention is to release the fascia of the pelvic area from pain, tension and blockages, through presence, gentle touch and myofascial release techniques.
​
We work specifically with the pelvis as this is an area of the body where people tipically store a lot of tension, pain and/or unresolved emotions and trauma.
Think of birthtrauma, abuse, the neglecting of boundaries, shame, guilt, conditionings etc.
This can cause pain in the pelvic region, pain during intercourse, numbness during intercourse, anorgasmia, vaginism, lack of energy, disconnection to the body etc.

Releasing the pelvis helps you to establish a connection to your body, to your desires and your boundaries (in intimacy and intercourse but also in life in general) and a deeper connection to your inner wisdom. Your lifeforce energy will flow more freely, leaving you more switched on and alive. You' re able to be more clear and honest in your communication around your truth, your needs and your boundaries.
In te sessions we can work both externally as internally. A release and reconnection is created on all layers of your being - physical, emotional, mental, energetical and spiritual.
