In my work as a Tantric Therapist and Pelvic Release practitioner I meet many women who have lost the connection to this incredibly powerful part of their body's...
I see it as my mission to help as many women as possible to find their way back to it and improve their relationship to the sacredness and power of this part of their bodies..

I know the challenges and obstacles that can come up on this path as I've been on this journey of reconnection and re-awakening for many years myself now.

• How long do the sessions take?

The sessions will take between 90 to 120 minutes. As much as possible, create a safe, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed for that time.

• Will there be replays?
​
Yes, the replay will be sent to you the day after the live calls.

• What are the benefits of this work?
​
Benefits of this work are countless and far reaching. They are also different per person, as every body is different, everyone's story is different, and we all need something different. Below I will state some of the more common benefits, but there are far more and that is the beauty to be explored and experienced!

The benefits can be experienced on very subtle levels or in very obvious ways. Know that this work can be deeply impacting, not only on the physical layer but also the mental, emotional and energetic levels.
Benefits can include:
- A sense of stronger connection to your body and pelvis
- A strengthened connection to your inner knowing and intuition
- A clearer understending of your boundaris and desires
- Release of stored stress, tension or trauma
- Softening / aiding the healing of scar tissue

• Do I also benefit if I don't have pain, numbness or 'issues'?
YES, full yes! I belive EVERY BODY benefits from this work! If you don't experience 'issues', than that is great and something to celebrate and be grateful about, as this is definitely not something to take for granted.
AND, in this field there are so many layers that we can dive into and open up to. It's a field where you can keep exploring and opening in to and keep discovering things about your body. You can keep opening up to different layers of sensitivity, connection, safety and pleasure! If you feel like there's more for you to discover and explore, you're in the right place!
• Can I do it if I recently gave birth?
This is very personal and depending on many factors like: how did the birth go, how well is your body recovering, how is your post-partum phase etc.
Generally we recommend to wait at least 3 months after birth. It can be helpful for the recovery process and for the prevention or aid in healing scar tissue however scars need to be fully closed/healed before working with them.
Besides that, be aware that this work can bring up personal topics and processes. It is good to check with yourself if you have enough space and support around you for that if needed.
• Can I do it if I'm pregnant?

Also on this topic there are different opinions. As in this case you are doing the practices on yourself, you will have a very direct connection to your experience and to what feels right and what not, in your body.
Many of the practices (all of the practices of the first 3 classes, and most of the practices of the last session) you can do safely while pregnant and will be very beneficial for you in this special time!
The more you are connected to your body during pregnancy, the more you will benefit during the birthprocess as well. This work 'clears the pathways' also for your baby to come through a more open body and a more relaxed and calm nervous system. However there are some things that are contraindicated during pregnancy (for example touching the cervix). Also consider if you have the right support for yourself in this process.

• What if I have trauma around this area or topic?
Of course, this work can touch upon some very deep and delicate layers within us.
First of all: only you can feel into if this is right for you in this moment. ​The practices are soft and gentle and that is the overall approach of this work.
The pelvis is prone to holding on to tension and trauma's. Trauma doesn't always have to have been a big and intense happening in our lives - it can be that it was something seemingly 'small' that at the time, was experienced as traumatic for you as you didn't have the tools or capacity to process what was happening. All of us carry trauma in our bodies. And it is beautiful to connect to our bodies and approach it throuh a loving and gentle technique.

The trainings I followed (Therapeutic Tantric Bodywork and Pelvic Release Practitioner) are trauma informed trainings. However it is an online space so I'm not there to witness and hold the space for you in person.
This container is a group setting and not an individual session. It may be that you need 1-1 (in person) support to work through trauma before stepping into this groupsetting.

• Can I turn my camera off during practices?
​
Yes, you definitely can!
As a facilitator my preference is that everyone keeps their camera on during practices, just turns it towards a different point in the room so that you're not in the video, and turns their sound off.
This is to keep the energy of the container and also to see you coming back after the practices are finished. However, if you don't feel comfortable with that, you are welcome to turn the video off completely.

• Is there a support group in between?​
​
Yes, there will be a Telegram group where you are invited to share with each other or ask questions in between. ​​​​
